Hien boasts an extensive and rich history of orchestrating personalized and responsible travel experiences in Vietnam and throughout Southeast Asia. Her journey in this realm began when she co-founded Sisters Tours in 1998, a pivotal moment stemming from her realization of the burgeoning demand for a travel agency that could curate truly authentic experiences for visitors exploring her homeland.

With a profound commitment to responsible travel practices, Hien took another significant step in 2009 by co-founding the Responsible Travel Club (RTC). This visionary initiative aimed to unite various operators scattered across Vietnam who shared a common goal: to operate responsibly and ensure the long-term sustainability of the travel industry.

Today, Hien serves as the dynamic leader overseeing both organizations, holding the position of Chairman at AAV and proudly presiding as the President of the Responsible Travel Club (RTC) in Vietnam. This dual role underscores her unwavering dedication to not only delivering exceptional travel experiences but also championing the cause of responsible and sustainable tourism in the region.
