Bagan is home to magnificent sunsets and one of our favourite ways to see this is on a boat ride on the mighty Ayeyarwaddy River with sundowners in hand, on a sandbank in the middle of the river. Enjoy cocktails and some snacks as the golden orb of the sun sinks majestically below the horizon.

At dawn, you'll head to a launch site amid the ancient temples' misty backdrop. After a safety briefing, climb into the balloon's basket.
